Ok.... well this is the crew of Captain Starblast so far.. his elite Centurian Guard..they help him fight galactic evil throughout the cosmos aboard the flagship of the Galactic Federation, the Gladius..anyhow, so I figured you'd want to see the crew together so far..from left to right:
Teh Zeeb, Renegade Varnon Scientist, used to work at monument Labs on earth, but after creating Lord Marshall, and Star Superion, left Earth and joined captain Starblast's elite crew.. the Centurian Guard..
Captain Starblast, A roman Soldier whose DNA matches the DNA signature prophesied by an unknown alien as the man responsible for saving the Galaxy. He commands the Vast Galactic Federation fleet known as the Terrodon and wields the Mega Gualdrons, an ancient kalosian weapon and part of the 7 pieces that comprise the Legend Armor..
Praxius, a Mavarren warrior whose loyalty and service to the Galactic Federation have made him enemies within his own race, as his duty was to lead them in the galactic council of Worlds..Praxius wields a powerful claw like weapon called The Ravinoss: A pair of Super alloy Vorpel claws, which when activated will vibrate at such speeds that they can cut through anything.. the vibration speeds they generate are so fast that on the molecular level an object will be cut right in two!! The Ravinoss have been in Praxius family for a hundred generations and can emit a powerful personal force shield from the apex of the hand section..
Zoni, a Robotic navigator and support Droid that aides captain Starblast and his crew as they venture throughout the galaxy in search of villainy and quest for the 7 weapons of Legend..
anyways, this is just a few of his crew members.. I still have to do the Varnon troops, and a few more aliens to throw in there to make the Centurian Guard flesh out a bit more. the characters on the Gladius Space ship will have a very Romanesque feel them..
But since I haven't the time to finish the other characters today.. I figured I'd just give ya'll a nice group shot regardless.. enjoy
Eventually i'd like to tackle Captain Starblast's Flagship.. the Gladius!!! Sword of the Cosmos!!!

the bear was a very unlikely surprise
is it Zoni? the robotic looking centaur? well whether or not i got the name right lol she is superb i am envious of how well the chrome effect has come across on her

well actually Praxius is a lion type alien, he has his mane shaved off, kinda like a military hair cut..only because of his age it hasn't grown in yet.. wait till you see others of his kind who are older.. they have manes or the beginnings of manes..
I'm so glad you like Zoni and found her metal colors to be believable, it took me quite a time doing it..and trying to make it look right..
I'm glad Captain Starblast gives that classic feel to the sci fi look.. I try to incorporate alot of detail in my work, but in the end it comes out basic.. I guess that as I'm told is a good thing..

well that is really cool, actually a better concept than the bear (and i am not just saying that to make up for the fact that i got it wrong lol)
in terms of the metal effect on Zoni... i know how difficult it is to get that effect so i had a lot of respect for your interpretation
well i can personally see the detail... you can see the work that goes into it...but it is not over the top and cluttered, so maybe that is where the basic element comes in

thanks! I need to do some more Mavarrens and do the soldier Varnons and more Kalosians.. Starblast takes a trip to kalos, which has been erased from GF records because of the God like war tech they have there.. and because of Intelligence Prime, who isn't there anymore.. unbeknowst to the Varnon and the GF.. but that is where Starblast sees an old holographic kalosian who tells him about the 7 weapons of legend and how to locate them, and he then figures he can use it to destroy the on coming universe destruction..

So he then sets course for the 7 weapons of legend...hoping that he finds them all in time...did the GF erase the records or did someone/thing else? What do you think of having a Cobra-esque terrorist organization called T.H.R.E.A.T.? My brother couldn't remember what the letters stood for...too long ago for both of us I guess...lol...also, is there going to be any Atlantis underwater city or something similar?

well all records of the Kalosians were destroyed but it wasn't the Varnon or GF that hid them, it was the kalosians themselves.. and only a handful of the varnon know about that weapon.. including Teh Zeeb... so Starblasts finds out about the Kalosian home word through a secret clue found on his Gualdrons..
T.H.R.E.A.T. Sounds awesome!! we need more villain organizations besides the Machina and doom brigade.. and serpent sectarium..

Awesome...has work slowed any? I know you were/are really busy here lately...what are you working on now? After I finish Legionnaire Bayonet I will work on the zeppelin/WWII plane you wanted for the SSV...I've never drawn vehicles before so bear with me...lol...no laughing! LOL!

hmmmm.. yeah.. I see what you man now.. but you know what, when I do the rest of the Mavarrens I'll give them a mane and that will change them up some, but I think that making him more like the Lion in the snout and such would be cool.. only I am gonna reason that because of evolution they look the way they are now.. even though people mistake the look for that of a bear.. oh well.. thanks for the help.
