Yes they thier draw out as thumnails then I take it in to flash and ink it and make the imge bigger.

Yes but mostly in flat colors and gradient shads, I still use ArtRage for other work.

Oh I see, I didn't know that flash wasn't very useful for great detail. Are you working towards getting Photoshop?

I was thinking of getting a Paint shop pro. Photoshopis too expencive for me plus I'm also tring to get a new animation softwaer fo my 2D work.

Things I'm trying to get are a set of bagpipes and Wacom tablet. (I play bagpipes just so u know ^^....kinda)
