Well, can't do justice to the doc without proper dues, and Cronenberg did do a spectacular job as Dekker he really couldn't hit the vein with the adaption to film, too much content in not enough time.

You really did a good job capturing his character. Nightbreed was a masterpiece and Clive Barker is a talented genius. I liked the book too but it was too short. One of my favorites on there was Peloquin. Awesome work.

Ditto, really liked the movie, but I thought the novel was just amazing in comparison. Deker's character is so much crazier when you get into his head for a little bit. Thanks very much.

.. He was by far one of the more creepy charactors in the mvie .. at least in my opinion, in that suit with his mask .. very surreal ..... . very nice rendition .. got to love old clive barker films like this .. and rawhead rex

I agree, Decker was one creepy guy. I'd been itching to do a painting of him for like a year and a half. And indeed you gotta love Barkers old horror films, though I wish that Rawhead had looked more like he did in the Rawhead Rex comic. Thanks very much for the compliment!

Thanks bunches. I really have a hard time figuring out what film of Barker's is my favorite. I do love the Nightbreed though. And definently ditto on him making more films. I'm just glad hes at least making some new horror books.

Yah. Most people seem to prefer Hellraiser, but I think Nightbreed is the best. There's nothing wrong with the Lord of Illusions, but it doesn't have the same kind of horror punch as Hellraiser or Nightbreed. His books are great, I just finished reading Coldheart Canyon and I thought it was some of his best work.
Have you seen Clive Barker's paintings? They're very cool.
