Hey guys! Quick update and then I'm gone again.I'm currently hunting for a new job which is takeing up a large amount of my time. Pluse I might have to seirously consider re-training for it which will mean taking out a loan for school. Life is tough but hey, at least I have a plan now.
So! Here's part six of the comic! I am so proud of how I manged to get Amy. I know she doesn't look quite right but this is meant to be through Shadow's eyes rather than anyone elses. Next page will be up as soon as I can get it done. Enjoy!

The idea of this comic seems oddly familliar 
Yet the skills betray you - for a comic this is not enough.

If you mean your wonderful image of Shadow and Amy skating together then yes, it is very familar. My only excuse is I had the idea for this around March this year when I went to Lilliehammer in Norway. (I am so slow at completeing these kinds of things.) I won't try to match your take on the actual skating though.
Do you mean "not enough" as in the number of pannels? Yes, I did wonder about that. This is page six of it and I got stuck. I needed to connect one part to the next and no matter how I worked it, I couldn't get another pannel in without loosing the punchline. I know now that I focused too much on trying to get a joke per page out of this but I was so happy to finally have done a decent image of Amy for this thing that I couldn't bring myself to change it. I need to be more brutal about my work.

It will all work out. I just need to keep trying. That's the hardest part.
I tried for a more adult look for this. That and I have never once believed SEGA when they said Amy was 12. I'm glad she looks okay!

I don't really know her character, but she doesn't look that young on the Olympic games game I have.
