The Man of Steel found himself helpless in the grasp of Vershuna, a demonic being of magical origin. His hands were pinned at his sides by her legs that wrapped around him with the tenacity of a Kryptonite chain. As his will to resist her seduction faded, it was superseded by a desire to obey her. He tried to look her in the eye, but his lids were too heavy to open. With a quickening pace that surprised even him, Superman found his consciousness fading into a dreamy sleep as Vershuna leaned in to seize a kiss.
