Gosh, this looks so frickin' good! I just don't see how you do all of this... I would really like to see a stream of how you work, to watch and learn. :/ We should set you up something to record as you work on like a speed paint.. and then you can speed it up and upload it.

I like the depiction of Endermen, like they just want to hold their blocks and not be disturbed, almost like they're shy.
