This was a quick portrait study. I wanted to try some new techniques, including getting through an entire painting without using the blending tool. It was really great practice, and I learned some new things along the way!I'd love to hear what you think of it! And, as always, thanks so much for any comments/favs!

This one was actually done without a reference, that was part of the reason for me doing the study. Was trying to become less reliant on them!

Alas, no, it's not. I'm kind of the opposite of this lass - blond hair, green eyes, very tall (and I see her as pretty petite, even if it is just a portrait!). Thank you very much!
