i started to use an animation software (yes it's me again sorry) and I was wondering how you make the animation so smooth. It seems like whenever I try to animate something it comes out really choppy and unrealistic. I was just wondering if you had any tips considering I want to become an animator

I animate in 30 FPS in 2s (aka every frame is held for 2 frames) Β
The animation above is 285 frames. Β This allows for more gradual steps in between frames and therefore smoother animation!!!Β
