FYI, the mask is neoprene. Only 2 like it in the world. You make a clay base, mold it with plaster, then pour the neoprene into the mold, let dry, cut, sand, paint, airbrush details, done.

hello,sorry to be random but im doing a cosplay as the Millenium Earl for a anime convection in about 5 months. i was wondering how did you make the mask ? it's the only part for the cosplay that i need but any tips or info would really help a ton^^

He did make the mask himself, I asked him how long it took, and he said that he had some help from a friend, but it took him 3 months to make it. o___o
He made it to our shoot, once I get the photos into a separate album I'll link ~
