I'm honestly not the one to ask for that. I'm horrible with explanations, and will most likely make things more complicated then they actually are; YouTube has people far more capable than I for that. Seriously. Someone there could do a much better job teaching ya.
Though, modeling as a whole is something I find, can't be taught really. There's no one way to do it, so it's all just whatever works for you, personally. Learning the program will help, though! And then what's good lighting, and good materials, how to unwrap, and how to weight for rigs(how to rig), and of course modeling will become easier, once ya get the program down! Maybe just look at an overview of Blender's UI, 'cause that alone is tricky! Get the hang of all it's hotkeys, and modifiers. too!
