Very surreal and dreamlike. The red flowers remind me of poppies (I'm not sure if these here are poppies!), which remind me of death; they were actually used as a symbol of death in photography during World War I. It makes me wonder if this is some sort of a "peaceful limbo". A rebirth in a beautiful death? Waking up to a new, long desired life in a beautiful dream?

They *are* poppies! And yes, I actually liked the idea of her waking after death into this beautiful land. It's lightly inspired by What Dreams May Come. Love that movie!
