Description
A scrollable Notes reader capable of handling ten lines of text.Click on the icon to edit the notes file. To view the full text of a line, click on it. Clicking the "X" will close the text viewer. Mouse-over to view the scrollbar.

not sure if this was answered or not, but have you tried loading it? Also it is is really hard to see when I loaded it.
