I think it would be better if you didn't use a flash. the shadow is too harsh on the bottom leaf. and the reflection on the leaf and the water is too distracting. Natural light is always better. I would say to use flashes as a last resort only. The flash over exposed it.
Very nice depth of field and framing. I like the magnifying effect in the droplets. It also has very interesting edges.

I didn't mean it as bad criticism, it was more constructive criticism. It's never a bad thing. It helps to know what you should work on.
You may want to try using a tripod with a longer exposure.
