I feel like the upper dialogue bubble in the second pannel should be said by the one with the cap? Or if it's not and the dialogues are in the proper order, maybe the lower one could be a bit more to the left? Is just a small nitpick, but it made it a tiny itsty bitsy confusing for me... Don't know anyone else...

I've wondered that myself. But if they're perhaps both meant to be said by the boss lady, that makes her betrayal of her henchwoman all the more dishonourably heinous.
If seen in that context it looks like she says to her in effect, "Wait! Be careful! A barnacle!" with her hand on her shoulder to stop her. So the woman with the cap is lulled into falsely assuming she's been genuinely warned of danger.
Then before she can work out what the second dialogue "We don't have time for this," means she's shoved with both hands into the tongue of the predator. Do you think that's a plausible interpretation?

Security guard girl may not be a good person, but I can't help feeling sorry for her. Especially the final internal shot. She looks so sad with her eyes shut and tight lips.

You were right. But she's cut her own throat by betraying her friend. If they'd helped each other, they could have maybe successfully gotten past the danger.
