The first was ok... a little too exasperating, but ok. Even if the animation of every single character was "cartoony" to me. I just wanted to beat them to calm them down
Zeke was annoying and Cole "unfriendly" (if it's the right word :s)
So I wasn't sure about buying the sequel. I play the demo first and OH MY GOD ! There's a lot of colors here. There are beautiful red and blue lightnings. People walk normaly. Smoke effect is well done. And the best part. We have motion captured cut scene and the faces render are just awesome !!
And I think that this is what was missing in the first episode. Now Cole and Zeke are nice characters. Cole got a lot of charisma. He has the chance to meet the gorgeous Kuo, (the couple works just fine).
Now, I care for the story and what could happen to the characters.
About the drawing:
Well, he sure don't look like Cole... Hate drawing guy's face.
I thing it's one of the really rare where I put "real" lights in it, that makes the difference.

so i'm not the only one who thought the second one was better? thank god,i agree the first one was ok,but the second was,the animation was so much better! and the dead drops explained a bit more of the characters (but thats what i think) and i'm not to big of a fan of just hand to hand combat,unless its with a knife (lol call of duty reference) but the amp is so badass! you can hit more than one enemy if you time it right and the powers are so much better,and you can upgrade them..

Yea the first game was really good but I felt it took itself too seriously but then it blew me away with thetwist at the ending. But I reccomend the sequel its way better in my opinnion
