Description
This little piece came to life out of the animation class I teach, where I have the students animate first a bouncing ball, then a flour sack, next adding legs and then arms and finally a head. The girl who eventually evolves was referenced from live action, not rotoscoped.I realize the opening pan is not great and the perspective on the foreground elements is off. This is because I hastily used bits of art from another project to slap together an opening, but the point is the animation that follows.
The musical track was done for me by Tom Anazziola.

I didn't want to leave it white, it just looked too...umm...anemic. So I faded in a little tone as she forms.

very good short, lots of elements went into that...
you have to introduce the main character, story/situation and conclusion all in under a minute, very hard to do, and I think you pulled it off nicely...although it seemed very allegorical...things didn't need to make sense only exist...
my favorite part was the very end when he feels up the pillow and cups it...xD
