Uhm...well OK, but I really don't think one can have enough pictures of dachshunds. Wiener dogs rule...and if I had one I'm sure I'd have a lot of pictures up here too.

Yeah, personally, I love my dogs. I'm proud of them and I love taking pictures of them almost as much as I love cuddling with them and playing with them.
I'm just tired of people being absolute assholes because I have "too many pics of your stupid dogs."
I would love to shoot other people's dogs, but I don't have the equipment, nor the reputation for anything other than dog show photography.

This is a great shot of an adorable dog, but I am wholly turned off by your artist's comments. There's nothing wrong at all about taking pictures of your beautiful dogs, but to put forth such a combative vibe in the comment makes me want to click the 'x' instead of coming in to compliment you.
Just a thought.

I was just recently attacked for having photos of my dogs and I'm tired of people being rude. I'm sorry if that's offensive to you.

I'm simply suggesting that starting off of on such a negative foot doesn't really invite me to be sweet.
Like I said before, I was so ready to come in and say "Yay! Awesome!" but that made me second-guess doing so, and so I thought you'd like to know that's how it came off to me.

I appreciate the feedback and I'm sorry if it comes off a bit more harsh than I intend... however I'm a bit tired of being raked over the coals by people regarding my photos of my dogs. I understand it can be monotonous, but to me, it's practice and my dogs are subjects I enjoy shooting...
If you want a good example, take a look at my first critique. I got slammed because my gallery isn't full of models and and perfect pictures of pretty people.

Yes, I know what you mean. I did the same for my one pic of one of my dogs, it's a miracle she held still for that shot too!

I can't get either of them to sit still for very long.. especially when they're outside. They just love to run about and have fun x] Can't say I blame them.. I was excited to be outside too, considering it'd been pouring nonstop for the last 4 days lol
