This is the first song. interpretation I've ever actually posted to DA. This is also one my character's, Husk, first appearance on DA.

It was pretty simple actually. I first looked up a photo of lightning, so I could get the shape right, etc. I took the default hard brush(I have Photoshop CS) and changed the size(don't remember what size). With the brushes set up to where the size changes depending on the pressure applied to the pen on my tablet,so you can make it thin out towards the ends, I drew the shape. The glow effect was done after that, which really finished the look.
