Similar in style to the Desert Dragon I did a while back, this painting works with the opposite palate and uses a much cooler palate. I felt I hadn't really explored using blues in a lot of my recent works so this piece was done in order to practise using these hues. I think the end result came out quite cool looking but I think I need to learn more about rendering, especially in terms of texture.
