Likes: The feel. The colors give me a really calm feeling, very fitting for such a theme.
Dislikes: The rendering done on the character. Its too soft, and lacks the darkest darks and hard shadows. The hair also feels like a block of plastic rather than something that is flowing naturally. This can be easily remedied with more highlights on individual strands to make it stand out more.

no, but i showed him the painting and asked if he liked he...he asked what it was called and I said 'New beginnings' he said looks more like the beginning of the end....LOL...he knows what I am up to!

20 months....but I dont mean right now...just sometime this year I want to start on the second. I am just working the idea into his head...he is warming up to the thought but pretends he isnt.
