Well I have to say, this came out wonderful~! Heheh Cindry looks absolutely adorable as a ticklee and you have just done a wonderful job capturing the images of both these girls!
Cindry looks perfect, and I love how her...crap it's not called a scarf..umm..feather thing..I think a boa...ANYWAYS! it looks awesome as it goes over her body, which a very nice job on perspective in general in this picture! And I like how the feathers from said boa are what Perona is using to tickle her! Plus Cindry looks great smiling and laughing, a shame she could never do it more. Not to mention a great job coloring her as well. Such a lovely shade of blue!

Also fantastic job on their body expressions. The way Cindry's feet are moving, Perona's fingers as she hold the feather, the way Perona just has the one leg pinned while the other squirms free, it's just a very wonderful image over all and it certainly makes me smile XP

What I find funny is that Oda has a big thing about characters with very unique laughter...curious what Victoria's would sound like. Not sure how long I could tickle Perona before getting sick of that "HOROHOROHOROHOROHOROHORO!!!" crap XD
All that aside I love this picture, particularly the unique posing of the feet and body language. Awesome work man
