Finally, after over three months of running headlong into a brick wall, I got something to show for it in the form of a demo that hopefully acquaints the player with the general formula of the game in the future. I hope that you'll enjoy what I've made for ya'll!
The following is DEMO v0.1, and is not the completed version of
Day Dreaming Derpy. As a result there may be bugs or gameplay
features not representative of the final product.

I just played the game and i loved it, the fighting was smooth and fun, the art marveleous and cute... i wish to see the full game one day

I had a blast playing the demo!
I wasn't expecting this game to be hitting me in the feels right from the get go. I can't wait to see what we get to see out of the other characters.
The art is also incredible! It has such a cute style to it that truly sets it apart.
I'm expecting a lot of fun out of the two gameplay hooks of changing costumes, and donning stamps. I hope stamps work like badges in Paper Mario, will they?
One thing I found a bit tedious though was getting money. Enemies didn't drop cash, so I spent some time farming cash at Trixie's booth, but it was kind of a pain. Will minigames like this be the only way to get money? It doesn't sound like a bad idea, but it could use some more variety outside of Trixie's game, and the post office game.

Ponyville isn't complete as it should be as I'm still drafting out more maps for the different areas and places Derpy can work at.
In terms of more uniforms, I've got 5 in total that need to be implemented but there are plans for more if I can facilitate the maps for them
Also some proper battle animations would be in order~ @^@
But that will be implemented on a later date
