Trust me she's not easy if you get a chance to play it and before her there's Basil who's also quite hard and made me rage quit but ironically my favorite boss. Also my advice get the N64 or PC version cuz from what i've heard the PS1 version is crap due to it having delayed controls which gives the races fake difficulty and harder then they should be.
