Description
The Land Before Time. Yes everyone, that dinosaur film series with a total of 13 films that have been mixed-acclaimed by critics & audiences.I don’t recall them being a big part of my early childhood (except for in commercials for other Universal Home Videos), but I saw a number of them later on and I really enjoyed them: False Darwin, I even was obsessed with the franchise at one point, and even had an idea for other films (The Great UFO and a crossover with Back to the Future. Yeah, I was weird)
To be honest, I am not the biggest fan of the theatrical first film as much, it is better than some of the other direct-video films, but I am more into the sequels. But, I consider that 1988 feature to be the best movie directed by ‘’Don Bluth’’ (and find it hard to believe that Little Foot & Friends were created by the man who made Anastasia and others.
But I knew the same company did do the American Tale)
I pleasure the five main characters, Littlefoot the Long-neck, Cara the three-horn, Petrie the flyer, Ducky the big-mouth- or swimmer, and Spike the Spike-tail. Along with the rest of the cast members from the film & series.
Although the early sequels did have either cheap animation or were hard to watch, the later ones were…. Well, 12 was immature and I haven’t viewed the 13th one at all… or ever will. And I’ve seen some episodes of the 2007 TV Series, so and so.
In conclusion, the series is a wonderful film series- and that’s all I have to say.
For the art, I used the VHS cover of ‘’The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure’’ for reference, although I had to look at the back as well since some characters were not on the cover, and my computer was off so I couldn’t search up images.
I wanted to have them all have those glued-together eyes, but when I forget to do it for Cara (who looks kind of durpy), I made sure someone else had different eyes so that she wouldn’t be left out.
Universal and Bluth- With Steven Spielberg and George Lucas as producers.

They all look a bit weird (esecially Ducky haha) but honestly it still looks rather cute. I'm amazed I missed this while searching for fanart all this time
