Whether he's currently a Sonic 'recolour' or not, I don't care. I'm just happy I forced myself to draw a hedgehog.
So, this is a new fan character I kinda just made up a couple days ago. As you can tell, I'm still deciding on a name.
I don't know why I decided to submit him to scraps. I guess I just felt like it.
