Description
(upon seeing that they accidentally left Audrey behind to chase after the Ink Demon, Sophie, Bendy and Bailey quickly made their haste to the pit, where the Cyclebreakers are imprisoned in. there, they saw two of the Keepers holding Audrey by her hands, forcibly walking her to her prison cell. the three try to come up with a plan to save her, when suddenly.)''Wait! ''
(they hear a male, commanding the Keepers to turn around to see a rather frail old man, walking in with his hands behind his back.)
Sophie: who is this?
Bendy: it's him....it's Wilson. OmO
Sophie: what....?
(Audrey turns around and sees Wilson face to face at last.)
Wilson: Audrey...it is good to see you alive and well despite your recent endeavors. Let's have ourselves a pleasant chat, shall we-
(Wilson was cut off with Audrey punching him in the face, then was forcibly restrained by the two keepers to protect their master. Wilson waved his hand, and then the Keepers released her.)
Wilson: ...I can see that you're angry.
Audrey: You THINK?! You threw me into this hell, had every ink monster in here hunt me down, had your Keepers try to gas me to death, and throw me in jail! After all you have put me through, you expect me to pleasantly chat with you no big deal just like that?!
Wilson: ...Yes...
(Audrey sighs and pinches her nose)
Audrey: then give me one good reason why I shouldn't grind you into dust.
Wilson: because if you so much try, my Keepers, under my command, will lock you away here forever. never to return to the life of the outside world.
Audrey: (Sighs) Not gonna lie, that's a pretty convincing point.
Wilson: Good. (looks to the direction of Sophie and the two toons she held in her protection, holding out her scythe just in case) there is no need to be defensive. I really mean no harm. please, come close so I can properly see you.
(Sophie looks at Bendy and Bailey, who gripped onto her tank top, shaking their heads at her to not go to Wilson out of fear of what he could possibly do. Sophie petted their heads, reassuringly, and asked Bailey to watch over Bendy while she goes to see Audrey and Wilson. Bendy couldn't help but call out to Sophie, but was held back by Bailey, who wanted to protect him from Wilson's sights. however, Wilson caught sight of the angel and demon toons' who went to hide, and smirked to himself. it was all going according to his plan.)
Sophie: so...you're Wilson, right? Audrey mentioned you a few times before.
Wilson: indeed I am. it is my pleasure to meet you at last, Sophie, the Black Seraph of the Studio. a rather unexpected guest from the outside world.
(Sophie and Audrey look at each other and then at Wilson.)
Wilson: Now we finally meet, we can talk. I apologize for the way my Keepers have treated you, dearies. After all, two pretty girls like you shouldn't be subjected to such...horrid treatment.
(Sophie tensed a little)
Wilson: Now, I can imagine you have questions, and I am more than willing to answer them, if you are willing to listen.
Audrey: Why should I trust any word that comes out of your mouth? You've done nothing good the entire time I've been here!
(Wilson put his hand on his chin, thinking for a second, before snapping his fingers. That seemed to trigger some sort of command in the Keepers, because one of them left the room.
They came back after five minutes carrYing some sort of device. It appeared to be some sort of control board, but had a long cord attached to it, and a suction cup at the end of the cord.)
Wilson: Do you know what this is?
Sophie: is this uhh....a lie detector? like in the movies?
Wilson: yes, but not quite. this is my own design, crafted for the ink denizens of the studio.
Wilson: Observe.
(Wilson attached the end of the cord with the suction cup to himself. Then he said...)
Wilson: My name is Bob.
(The machine beeped and it appeared to give a jolt of electricity into Wilson.)
Wilson: Every time I tell a lie, this machine will electrocute me. Now, will you trust me? Now that I am willing to put myself through this suffering for you two lovely young women? Or will you still distrust and despise me? An old man who is willing to electrocute himself for you?
(the two women felt their nerves rise and lower at same time. both of them knew it could be a very bad idea to trust Wilson, there was plenty of evidence for that.
And yet...
When he phrased it like that, it sounded logical and provided ways for Audrey and Sophie to trust his word, and it sounded like Wilson was HURT by the fact that they didn't trust him.
He was an elderly man endangering his health by electrocuting himself, and Audrey STILL doubted him? and Sophie views him as an Enemy to be eliminated? It made them feel like they was being Unreasonable. Erratic.
Exactly the threat the Keepers declared them to be.
What REAL harm could hearing him out do? )
Sophie: (lowers her scythe) okay...we'll hear you out.
Wilson: good. so, dearies. what is your first question to me?
Audrey: I'll start. why did you bring me down here?
Wilson: it is because you are the daughter of Joey Drew.
(That shocked Audrey to her very core. No, no it couldn't be true.
Yet the lie detector wasn't beeping. Why wasn't it beeping?!)
Audrey: (thinking) Was...was Wilson telling the truth then? Was Joey telling the truth back there?!
Wilson: You were unaware of this truth, weren't you? or...did you simply want to deny it?
Audrey: How do you know? And why can't I remember anything about Joey or my past?
Wilson: Both of those questions can be answered at once.
(Wilson pulled out a small black book that Audrey and Sophie immediately recognized as The Illusion of Living, written by Joey many years ago.)
Wilson: I see that look in your eyes. But this is not your father's memoirs. This is the essence of the Cycle.
Audrey: I don't follow...
Wilson: The Cycle was a sequence, a story that always ended with Subject 414 restarting it. And this book was the containment of the story, Mister Drew's way of crafting and controlling it. and in it, once you are mentioned.
(opens book, clears his throat) ''Once I die, my spirit, made from the memories of me from my daughter's mind will form. This will cost my daughter her memories, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make.'' (closes the book)
(He closed the book. No beeps. Audrey just stood there silently for a second, attempting to process what she had just heard. as did Sophie, as well as Bendy and Bailey who overhear the conversation from their hiding place.)
Audrey: my father actively took away my memories, my LIFE, just to keep himself alive? How could he do that?!
Wilson: Your father never cared for you truly, Audrey. You were just the best of your siblings, so he deemed you worthy of life.
Wilson: Oh dearie, you didn't believe you came out so perfectly on the first try, did you? There were other children of Drew before you, Mister Drew just decided they weren't good enough to have a true life. especially one particular demon that was born without a soul.
Sophie: (Eyes widen at his statement) Bendy...?!
Audrey: I...I want proof.
Wilson: You still doubt me? After all the information I just gave you? You're incredibly ungrateful. You're lucky I gathered so much evidence. That's why it took me so long to talk to you. (pulls out a letter) A Letter Grabbed directly from the Office of Joey Drew.
(Audrey and Sophie are shown the letter and read it.)
''Who would have ever dreamed? In the declining years of my life, I have someone more precious to me than any piece of art that I could make, For all the evil that's come with me, this is something finally good.
When she laughs and smiles, it fills my heart so much it overflows.
We play and talk as we both learn from each other.
There's not much time, so every moment has to count. Unlike my versions that came before her, the ones who called me their "uncle", I'm proud to have her call me "Dad". Because she is truly my daughter. - Joey Drew ''
Wilson: Isn't it cruel? He called your siblings 'evil' for something as simple as calling him 'uncle'. What a miserable existence it must have been for you. You were essentially a pet to him.
Audrey: A pet that could be replaced or put down.
Wilson: How...pitiful.
Sophie: what the hell? what the actual hell?! how can a father do something like this to his own daughter?!
(in this moment, the rage and resentment Sophie felt towards Joey Drew returned to her heart.)
Wilson: But, thankfully dearies. There is one upside to this.
Audrey: and what could that be?
Wilson: as the daughter of Joey Drew, you, Audrey, are the heir to the Cycle. You can alter it in ways that I cannot. (gestures to the keepers) My Keepers. I created them, but they cannot last long. I have to keep making more and more. With your help, we can stabilize them.
Audrey: what are you saying?
Wilson: that is where Sophie's roll comes in.
Sophie: Huh?
Wilson: it is no coincidence that you have entered this studio and gained the incredible power to create and manipulate gold ink. it is true that you fought the Ink Demon once or twice, and restored what Joey has taken from him: his own heart. but He was stuck, for years – committing murder, in blind rage and a desire for vengeance, against the one person he might otherwise have been able to trust. he is broken beyond repair and Joey is responsible for it.
Sophie: well, there is a way to fix him, right?
Wilson: oh, you poor little Angel... I see that you've grown to care for him during your time here in this world. however, he is beyond saving. The things Joey has done to him… no one could ever recover from that. when I came here, I said I'd killed the Ink Demon… by doing so, I hoped there was someone out there capable of putting him out of his misery, because believe me, that’s the only way he will ever find peace. He’s too damaged for anything else.
Sophie: what...? you're not saying what I think you're saying...are you...?
Wilson: I am. Sophie... as the Black Seraph, to save the denizens of this studio, to break the Cycle…. you must KILL him!
(at that statement, poor little Bendy's eyes widen in fear, shock and horror. he has to die for everyone in the studio to be saved? for Sophie to be saved?!)
(Sophie snarls, her eyebrows narrow in anger, as she holds up her scythe with her shaking hands.)
Sophie: you Bastards...! now that you and Joey torn apart his mind and ruined his life, you want me to murder him in cold blood so you don’t have to look your victim in the face ever again?!
Wilson: yes. I only have the best interest at heart for you and for all the denizens of the studio. as well as the Cyclebreakers imprisoned here.
Sophie: No! I won't do that! its true that Bendy is suffering right now, but I won't go as far as to kill him!
Wilson: Don't play innocent, Sophie. How many Searchers and Lost Ones did you kill before you were brought here?
Sophie: they were out to kill me! I did that out of self defense!
Wilson: really? shredding their bodies into pieces with every weapon available, especially that scythe, and destroying their souls with the gold ink...you call that self defense? Regardless, it's for the best of the studio and you if the Ink Demon dies forever, darling. you never know when he would turn against you and cause you to fall into the deepest pits of despair, as he did to everyone here.
(no beeps)
Sophie: (angrily, points her scythe at Wilson) Bendy is my friend! he would never hurt anyone!
Wilson: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It's humorous how little you know. have you forgotten how much he hurt you during your journey here, and how he could end up hurting you more in the future? that is why he must die! or else... your kindness towards this soulless monster will put you into a much greater suffering.
Bendy: (places his hands over his head shaking at what he was hearing) No...No...! QmQ ,>m<, I would never...!
(Sophie has heard enough and she charges at Wilson with an angry shout, raising the scythe to strike the man down, only to be restrained by the keepers. she struggles to break free as she screamed in absolute rage, refusing to accept that anything Wilson said was true, since the lie detector did not beep even once.)
Audrey: I have one more question, Wilson. what did you do to the Ink Demon? You didn't kill him, but you made him...small. splitting him in half even. Why?
Wilson: I tried. Through an excessive amount of trial, it was determined that it couldn't be done. It was too integral to the cycle. So I came up with an...adequate solution.
(And then he went into graphic detail about how he compressed the Ink Demon, splitting him in two halves. one managed to escape and spread his vengeful terror onto the studios' residents. and the other half was reduced into his smaller cartoon form. How he sliced, electrocuted, and tortured the creature, as he cried, wailed and screamed so much that he lost his voice. No beeps.)
Wilson: With a harmless form like that, it was easy to contain it and tell the studio that I slayed the beast. Brilliant, is it not?
Audrey: ...you're a monster.
Wilson: Pardon?
Audrey: You just described to me several atrocities and tortures that you've committed on someone who I care about and you expect me to agree with you?! To praise you?!
Wilson: No. Not quite. Audrey...there is another reason I brought you here to this world.
Audrey: h-huh?
Wilson: let us go somewhere where it is much safer, I am sure that your mind will be put at ease. as for you, Sophie... unless you do what needs to be done, your pure soul will be destroyed by Bendy's own hands.
Sophie: Damn you!!!
Wilson: (to Audrey) come along now, dearie. the train station is not too far from here.
(and with that, Wilson commands one keeper to knock Audrey unconscious as she slumped forward to the ground, and Wilson took her in his arms. the keepers try to restrain Sophie as she watched in anger and helplessness as Audrey was taken by Wilson to the train station, until they were out of her sight. the keepers that had Sophie restrained then released her and she flew away as the situation only got worse, with Wilson taking away Audrey and expecting her to kill Bendy just because he is mentally broken! what sick twisted monsters! Both Joey and Wilson! )
Sophie: (angrily wipes her tears as she lands on her feet) I won't do that! I won't kill someone who went through needless suffering, even if he did many terrible things in the past!
(Sophie looks down at the keepers, who were merely looking at her, expecting her to do what Wilson told her to do, before she turned and leaves... she went back to the hiding place to see Bendy, and gasps in shock to see that he wasn't here. and neither was Bailey, and that put her in so much anxiety.)
Sophie: Bendy? Bailey? where are you?! (thinking) did they hear the conversation? did Bendy... oh no...! I have to go find him! (runs forward as fast as she could to find the poor little ink demon.)
(the scythe wielding angel searched around the GENT building, anxiety building up in her as she looked around frantically, when suddenly, she felt the sharp pain in her chest she felt before, and covered her mouth, collapsing on her knees and vomitted black ink once again, this time out of fear and pressure of being a ''Hero'' who is expected to slay a monster who she had saved and befriended. when her coughing fit ceased, Sophie couldn't help but start to sob as she placed her hand over her face, tears streaming down her face.)
Sophie: why...? someone tell me... (voice cracking as she is choked up by the tears) what the hell should I do? killing an innocent demon, and erasing him from existence because he's broken by the suffering Joey and Wilson put him through...I can't fight for a reason like that! ,>,m,<, (sobs quietly into her arms) its too cruel!
(the sepia toned Bendy, who Sophie and Audrey call Bendy 2, looked at her with a sympathetic look in his eyes, seeing that she was not a human, but in fact, an angel. and seeing that angel crying in such state made his heart break for her. slowly he makes his way towards her, placing both hands on her shoulders, hugging her from behind.)
Sophie: ?! QoQ (Looks behind her, and sees Bendy 2 hugging her tightly.) Bendy 2? Q.Q
Bendy 2: (Hugs her tightly, nuzzling her back, his tail flicking behind him) Ú.Ù
Sophie: Why? why are you being so nice to me? I... don't deserve to have a friend like you. not you, and not Bendy 1. T.T
Bendy 2: (looks at Sophie tilting his head in confusion, still holding her shoulders) Ó.Ò
Sophie: I thought that...I was doing something right, when I saved Bendy 1 from his hatred and anger, but he is still in a much more emotional turmoil with Joey and Wilson torturing you both. and now I'm expected to kill both halves of the same being for a so called greater cause... now I don't even now for what reason I'm fighting here in this studio. I know I fought demons before, and slayed many of them. (more tears were falling from her eyes, and onto the ground, as she trembled) but I can't do it! I just can't! you suffered so much and they expect me to murder you in cold blood!
(understanding what she was saying, Bendy 2 walks over to face her, wiping her tears with his hands from her emerald green eyes as she sniffled. then he moves his hands around, speaking through sign language since he lost his ability to speak a long time ago.)
Sophie: w-what...? you're asking me what I want to do now, right?
Bendy 2: (nods)
Sophie: (pauses) I...I want to save Bendy 1 from his own despair. I want to put an end to Wilson's vicious intentions and break this neverending cycle of hatred.
Bendy 2: (Smiles his iconic smile, and signed to her once more, saying that he knows how strong she is and he believes she can do all this) OwO
Sophie: (Smiles a small smile) heh...well, that's quite reassuring. hm? O.O
(Bendy 2 signed to her a question regarding Audrey.)
Sophie: oh...you're asking about Audrey... (looks down, with a frown) Wilson took her away somewhere where he claims is the ''safest'' place in this world. and I've got a terrible feeling in my gut about this.
(Bendy 2 then reassured her that he will go find Audrey, wherever Wilson took her.)
Sophie: what? Bendy 2, no! its dangerous out there! if the Keepers find you, who knows what they'll do to you!
(Bendy 2 signs to her that Audrey is his friend, and he will do everything to find and protect her from the one who tortured him and caused him to lose his voice. he also signed to her that Sophie and Bendy 1, and even Bailey are his friends as well, and he will do anything in order to protect them.)
Sophie: Are you absolutely sure you're up for this?
(Bendy 2 gently grabs Sophie's hand, looking at her in the eyes, asking for her to put her trust in him.)
Sophie: Okay...if you say so. while you go out and save Audrey from Wilson, I'll go find Bendy 1 and Bailey.
(Bendy 2 suddenly hugs Sophie, out of pure admiration for her strength of will. Sophie was surprised by this move but hugs him back, hearing the cat-like purrs coming out of him. they then broke the hug, with Sophie grabbing the scythe, and getting back up on her feet. Bendy 2 pulls out his axe, as Black Ink swirls around him. with Sophie, golden ink swirls around her, she swings the scythe and she jumps up, beginning her transformation sequence. her eyes glow bright gold, her attire was black and dark purple, and her winged tiara, as well as her cape were black. and, two pairs of gold angel wings sprouted from her back. Sophie swings the scythe so elegantly, completing her transformation.)

(the Keepers spotted Bendy 2, and the Black Seraph beside him. in the end, she chose not to do as their creator commanded her to do. by doing so, she ended up truly becoming their enemy.)
Black Seraph Sophie: well, will you look at that! Wilson's minions aren't so fond of those who they see as a threat to their master's plans! (looks towards Bendy 2) don't worry, little guy. I've got your back! let's show them what we're really made of!
(Bendy 2 nods, and the Black Ink began to bend to his will as he does a battle stance, seeing Black Seraph Sophie charging ahead with her scythe towards the keepers, starting to fight them, as she began to sing.)
Sophie: (singing)
Falling to pieces, a shattered dreamland,
nothing but shadows now.
(As night starts to fall)
Open your eyes to a brand new nightmare.
Try to escape, but how?
(As light wakes us all)
(she slashes a few keepers in half with her scythe, and deflects a few of them with her black cape, knocking them backwards against the wall.)
What does the future hold?
(A fallen world once bold?)
Can we escape this cold?
(Fate abandoned)
(looks at a few more keepers that keep surrounding her and she braces herself.)
When will a new sun rise?
(When will we realize?)
How many dreams must die?
(We can't turn back now)
Entwined in darkness the light starts to fall.
Merciful gods will mean nothing at all.
Stand on hallowed ground; reflect inside.
So many questions remain.
Tainted sanity preys upon us.
We have to escape this pain.
(I will fly)
Stand up, stand up, come on, let's go now.
We will never fall again.
(Not again)
Fate will never begin to bind us in dark oblivion.
(she manipulates the gold ink, sending out powerful gold streams and torrents, and she raises her scythe and swings it down to the ground, releasing a huge shock wave of gold ink, causing severe damage to the Keepers.)
(meanwhile, as the music continues, Bendy 2 slashed through a few keepers that blocked his way, using his black ink to have them be consumed by the Dark Puddles. with their enemies down, the Black Seraph watches as Bendy 2 transforms into his Ink Demon form, glancing at the four winged angel that simply noddes at him, and then growls, turning away as he turns to search for Audrey.)
(Back with Audrey who awoke inside the train, hearing Wilson's voice while her ears were ringing...)
''and from the hallowed darkness, from the wretched abyss, a savior comes at last.''
(Audrey looked to her side, seeing that she was indeed inside the train, as she fully regained her consciousness.)
Audrey: (turns to Wilson who sat before her) W...Wilson?
Wilson: Rest yourself, Audrey. you're still weak. the Keepers can be relentless to those with a strong willpower. but there's nothing to fear. as long as I'm with you, you're safe now.
Audrey: you did this to me...! you brought me here for your own twisted agendas! this doesn't make sense! Sophie and I, we've never done anything to you!
Wilson: (stands up, angrily) Open your eyes and look around you! None of this ''Makes sense''. Drawn walls, Nightmarish creatures. an ancient studio that died out over 30 years ago. it's all fiction, utter nonsense! and yet... (grabs his suitcase, places it on his lap) in here, it exists. it breathes. it flourishes. reality guided by it's master's pen. the foundation for a new reality. (opens suitcase, pulls out a can) we can bleed into our own. just think of it, Daughter of Drew. anything we create in here, we can release... out there. (opens the can and pours out ink into his palm, making two small live figure of Bendy and Sophie) but first, this world must be controlled, made safe.
(Wilson looks at the figure of Bendy and Sophie moving around. little Bendy turns around and goes to Sophie, who embraces him in her wings)
Wilson: These things... these angels and demons. are they really life? or are they just... (grabs both Bendy and Sophie's live inky figurines and crushes them in his palms, then puts away the suitcase) stains? old and current mistakes ready to be cleansed away, for newer greater things!
Audrey: what do you really want from me?
Wilson: I.... need your help. to save my father's life.
Audrey: what?
(Suddenly, the train stops)
Wilson: this is our stop. we'll talk more once we're safely inside.
(Audrey looks at Wilson suspiciously...after all that he had said to her and Sophie back in the GENT building, he now wants her to save his father's life? just what exactly was he up to? could she really trust him?)
(meanwhile, the Ink Demon form of Bendy 2 ran through the darkness of the endless night, smelling the air and sensing Audrey's presence within that train station. finally he had managed to catch up to them, but upon seeing Wilson, he had to remain hidden from his sight...and from Audrey's sight as well. Sophie put her trust in him to save Audrey, but she didn't know that he, like his other half, was consumed by his hatred towards Joey as well as Wilson for all the pain they both were subjected to. the only thing he could do is watch and wait for the right moment to strike... oh, and considering his other half, deep inside of his heart, he hopes that the Black Seraph will find him in time.)
