This is a picture I started awhile ago, and I posted an incomplete version in my scraps a little over two years ago. She was faceless and handless 'cause I couldn't get either how I wanted.Well, I finally gave it another go and got the face how I wanted. But the hands...I eventually had to take a picture of my own and heavily reference it.
I'm so-so on how the shading of the tentacles came out but am pleased with the rest of the shading, however simple it may be.
This is a crazy evilized Ariel mixed with the hexapin concept of Ursula from the Disney movie, The Little Mermaid.

She is my favourite Disney Character, I always wanted to be like her 
Overall the shadings and the colours are very good, and the hands are fine, to me.
(I can't even draw any hands...they're always too small)
But here eveything looks very fitting.
