Based off "Final Fury"....kinda and "Shouou Jin'eizan" Mystic Arte from Tales of Xillia and HeartI want to put the Mystic Arte fonts but my laziness finally got me.
Tools: Photoshop CS6 and MSpaint (Sprite resize)
Time Taken: 3 Days Total
