I tried to colour it using GIMP but it won't accept colours D: Colour,for example blue turns into a grey

Okay, it sounds like the mode set to greyscale. If you need to change the mode, go to image>mode>RGB. This should work, but if this doesn't work, let me know.Β

Sure. I would rather you color it first, then send me the colored version to re-size. You can upload it on photobucket when you're done and send me the link. You shouldn't use tinypic because it doesn't save the transparent background. If I really need to, then I'll just resize this greyscaled version. <:
