"....so mama used to work for Hue Hefner at the Statesman Club. It's actually where she met Dad. Yes, Coco, THE Hue Hefner. She was actually his favorite "Faunus Girl" and, well, that favoritism came with...benefits. Best jobs, best positions in the club hierarchy, best tips....and not getting fired when she found out she was pregnant with me. Uncle Hue took good care of his girls, all those stories about "upper class brothels" are a load of rubbish. There was an absolute Zero-fraternization Policy- Yes, Coco, "Uncle" Hue. So she called in every scrap of leeway she had, and Uncle Hue basically told her that she would be taking a long vacation. A long, all-benefits paid, Vacation, it turns out. And Mom did everything right, she was never a drinker or smoker or anything dangerous like that, and between Uncle Hue's bankroll and Dad's lab connections, I came out a perfectly healthy baby. Mom worked hard to get herself back in shape afterwards, and Uncle Hue actually threw her a party when she got back! Mom was lucky she was so popular with the other girls too, i don't think they would have accepted her back otherwise. And they all loved me, it was wonderful having so many "aunts" and "Uncles" from the staff, and there was always someone to babysit me when mom was working. Even after she and Dad split up....but anyway, when I turned 16, and found out i'd been accepted to Beacon, Uncle Hue threw a great big send-off party, and all the girls chipped in and badgered him into breaking his "outfit rule." So I'm the first girl under the age of 20 to have the right to wear an officially Branded Statesman Club Faunus Girl outfit. Mama was so proud when I came out of the dressing room, and the others were all joking that if the Huntress thing didn't work out, i was guaranteed a job at the Club, I was already dressed for it! Everyone used to laugh that I'd gotten dad's brains and mama's looks, so I was destined for success."
