Ugh... Disney, now their scum of the Earth. I liked them better when they only did cheesy movies and cartoons. Now they own Star Wars, Star Trek, and Marvel franchises. How they will ruin my childhood memories with their latest horror of Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens.

Well considering the director is J.J Abrams maker of dumb-ass plot-holes-from-hell Lost TV show and horrible reboot director Star Trek with shit tons of lens flare and crazy ass "Red Matter" BS; I'm not particularly hopeful. Also new bad guy Kylo Ren with funky lightsaber is really just a total rip of Darth Revan from Bioware's Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. His Mask, his clothes, and even the main body of the lightsaber if you ignore the sword hilt thingies is the same as Revan's. So J.J Abrams and Disney say Expanded Universe is not canon and just "Legends" and yet they get to rip off certain key elements from EU like if they came up with it as an original thought or idea of their own. So no, hope is dead and I'm not forking over money for tickets to see crap ass nostalgia rehash job, no thank you. Prequels taught me my lesson last time when they totally fucked over Darth Vader's story arc. Death to House of Mouse, Long Live Expanded Universe!!!

That's alright no one really cares much about Star Trek anymore these days. As for Star Wars, I hope you enjoy it on some level or another. But considering they dissed Billy Dee Williams by giving him no contract to act in the movie, I wouldn't really count on it. Though if you see his face in holographic form over a Lando Calrissian grave stone, let me know so I can laugh in horror for the actor's loss of serious paycheck.
