Oh, wow! *o* I like this a lot.
There are so many factors that really bring this picture alive! The original, complicated pose, the swinging swords, and the intense 'I'm ready!' expression makes one really feel like there's involvement in the picture, even if there's only one character. Even then, you still managed to stay concious of light areas and shadowing among the skin, and distinct areas like the front arm and the two bending knee joints lets me know you know your anatomy. I like how all of the color choices are darker, too; well, not necessarilly dark . . . but they do suit the manly (
