I was kinda disappointed at the "Texas" bits. But I just noticed the "NATIONAL Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS)", I'm technically a student at the local community college because of dual enrollment courses. Only issue is... Those were last year

[link] It's a program run by the Johnson Space Center that I was in a few years ago. It was really nice. I can't decide what I liked more about it, the projects, getting to go on a tour of the NBL/mockup facility/hangar at Ellington field (including a walk through the STA. Apparently they have a build in coffee pot), or a presentation Fred Haise did about his NASA career, while we sat at the consoles in the historical mission control room.
