Thanx for the commentary! Indeed it is static, as if floating, lifeless and flat, but generally thats the effect I'd like to achieve. Really, my stuff is not supposed to be comic book, sci-fi-character-like and I like my creatures to look lost, detatched from everything (even from the canvas or paper) and confused. That is also why I put it in surreal, because , while it bears inspiration with sci-fi themes, I am trying to move away from these sort of images while at the same time alluding to them to some extent. Thanx a lot for the commentary though, I really appreciate it.

Well for me it's more science-fiction than surreal, but i like them both Color scheme and details are very good and the picture is very pleasant to look, in some it makes me think to a fish in spacesuit or something like this
I just regret two things : no shadows to give a ground feeling (the machine shape give the idea of a foot so it's normal to wait an idea of ground) and a lack of dynamic, the picture is very static.
Good job in general
