Getting closer to Christmas I felt like using the few fir-cones that I had for ornaments so I started with the one in the middle. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do something similar with the other two so I decided to start on the little owl [link] had in mind. That kinda spurred an owl mood in me so when I went back to the fir-cones I decided to turn them into owls and I must say, I reckon it works pretty well
