Of course, there's also the less permanent tattoo. For this picture I needed a very simple pose as it was the lower arms that were most important. As the hands came out so well when I made the sketch, I decided not to use a fantasy character (which usually has a digit less per hand), but a human.

I looked up loads of henna tattoo designs on the internet, saw many beautiful ones. Though there are certain motives that keep popping up, the whole often looks like a pretty form of doodling, just filling up the space as nice as you can. Which I did, deciding not to mirror the arms so I could do more different types of doodles.
