This is by an old building in the town where I live. There's actually some sort of story behind it, I forget the whole thing though. I think it was once a tavern. A bunch of ladies pulled it several blocks to protest something or other. I forget the details.
Anywho, the word "WHY?" is printed across the building in big block letters, which explains the full title. Sadly, I couldn't get all of the letters in the frame.
