Description
they cut out my brain.
       left it there on the floor,
covered    in polaroid pictures, and left to the wolves.

   and  they  told me   that everything would be O.K.

I read an old book,
dusty,  dank, and filled with truths.

           and   between the lines were other lines, reading -

    "It's about time we try defying gravity,
              float    above hemispheres,  rise above oceans, drift over skylines,
fly   over  unknown lands, to North Carolina"

in  the woods I found a wolf
a   wonderful, amazing, kind wolf,
    with hazel-blue eyes.

                 and    he breathed life,
        and   he   spoke   soft, soft truths,
            and   he told   me

    "I think it's about time we try defying gravity - move oceans, melt souls, destroy state lines,
        and       just     lose     all     care in the world."

    and     I     pondered the feeling,
       of   floating on air.
  and   I realized what it's like,
              to be a puddle.

and    I'm not
   made   of invisible.

       not   made of glass, or otherwise.

   but  I am
    made    of    rain.
