I really like the overexposure of the shot. You tend to get brighter colours when you do.

yeah, the file I found was overexposed, sadly. I usually bracket my shots, but here this was the only version I could find.

you always can do some manipulations with photoshop

I did what I could. Dodged and burned around a bit, adjusted levels, and etc.
