I adore this character so much! The party theme and colors and plush design were just so so perfect to my vintage heart!! I imagine they had a big party that no one came to (how dare!!!!!) and in a soft little voice said "O-oh well... At least my balloons came."

I drew the eyes a bit bigger than my normal style, since I wanted them to have that big, sad look! It was both fun and torture to practice expressions here, even if making this puppy sad really hurt my heart ;;;;v;;;;;
