12x36 in acrylic on canvas. Sorry again if this has poor picture quality :/ I haven't quite mastered lighting when taking photos of my traditional art. It never looks quite like it does in person.
This is named after the song I practically had on repeat the whole time I painted. "Everglow" by Starset.

Cosmic Jellyfish: the stellar equivalent of the World Turtle. I want to read stories about it now. "Gather round the fire, children, while I tell you how our universe came to be..."
Also, Starset was a very recent discovery for me, so I'm kind of amused to see you mention them "this soon." Definitely loving their music though

Haha yes they have such a theatrical feel to it, I really love listening to it while painting. I gotta say that Satellite and Everglow are my two faves from them so far. I really gets me in the mood to paint something sci fi. I really want to write something sci fi but I need to finish my bagillion other projects before I get there. So a few crazy space paintings will have to do me until then.
On a side note, I've also found that I can't paint and sit still while listening to music so I'll likely never livestream actual painting because I have a tendency to sing and dance while I paint...
