I like the contrast in colors you have with the cherry blossoms and her outfit, yet it belends. It looks sweet.

This is very pretty. I love the color pallet and especially her armor. The background is a great too. I'd offer C&C but the person prior covered it. The time and work you put into this is very apparent.

Very nice. Few things I'd suggest, when working with any kind of horns, just have the hair fall in front of them, rather than blending the horns into the hair itself. That works if the character is bald or if the horns aren't on their head, but if they have a decent amount of hair where they are, it would just fall around them.
Also a good approach when coloring is to have a steady light source, it can make the person you're drawing stand out much better (although I'm hardly one to talk, I fall into 'the light's everywhere and nowhere' trap aaall the time)
Also, remember that different things have different texture, and that showing that texture will make what you're drawing much clearer.
And while this one can be seen as more optional... but brown things don't have to be colored only with shades of brown and so on and so forth. Throw other hues in there, it'll make the pic pop a bit more and make your coloring look, over all, more interesting.
But it is a very nice pic, I like her face a lot (she has very pretty eyes) and, as usual, your character design is very well thought out and interesting. I especially like the design flowing from the top of the brassiere and the armlet at the top of the glove. I love her curly hair, too. Very nice work over all.

yeah xD got lazy on the horns I guess you could tell. I colored the hair before the horns and got all flustered x_x will remember to do it differently next time. I also plan on doing more dynamic lighting next time I color something xD I guess it's kinda coming from the top o.o maybe... kinda...
