If you're having bad anxiety and you have a dog (cats might work too??? idk though) with you, if it is possible lay down and have your dog lay on your chest.

Oh gosh, thank you so much! I use GellyRoll pens, I highly recommend them. Even the colored ink stays highly saturated when you put them on brown paper and they are all about a dollar!
