My favorite weapon on Twilight Princess is the Spinner - YES it's a weapon, especially useful whilst surrounded by those nasty little flocks of spiders in ancient temples...

I am a huge fan of the spinner solely because it was a new idea and a creative tool. But it was pretty limited/useless outside of the temple you acquire it in haha.
