Wow! Great job!
Only prob I can point out is that it's a tad jumpy. More panels might make it smoother, but I'm no animation exspert myself... XP
I have to say, for a traditional animation, this is pretty good!

True, it may be a little jumpy.. But it's my first traditional animation, so I'm just glad that I managed to not mess up his proportions horribly. I have trouble making things the same proportions.
It may seem jumpy because of the time it takes for the frame to change. I don't know, really. What part seems jumpy?

Umm... The whole thing is a liiiiittle jumpy, but if you ask me it's an OK jumpy. Jumpy is better than super fast! Super fast looks like this --> [link]

Hm, maybe. I thought that I didn't want it to go superfast, that would just look WEIRD when he's walking. I'll check about the jumping, though, if I can do anything about that. *Nodnod*

OK! ^^ If nothing can be done, then it still looks great as is! For traditional animation you did pretty good! *has tried, and failed, at it before...*
I should show you my old attempt! I should scan them in!

Yeah, do it! I could try to give you tips, if you want... It took quite a while for me to even learn how to animate properly.
