That Templar. That effing Templar.Β
He is the most wonderful, kind, caring Templar I've ever had the pleasure of setting my eyes on. He is a wonderful, positive, and enthusiastic human being. This Templar probably protects the Mages from corrupt Templars, checks the younger Mage's closets for demons, bakes cookies for the well behaved, buys Christmas presents for everyone, and cheers up any apprentice who's sad.
This Templar, who I shall call Tim the Templar, probably survived the events of the circle because he was so awesome no one wanted to kill him. Blood Mages don't even consider slaying him, Anti-Templar factions added him to their 'No Kill' list, Psychos refuse to lay a hand on him. It is an undisclosed rule that Tim is not to be harmed no matter the events; anyone who violates this rule faces execution or banishment.Β
So when he died while on vacation in Kirkwall....Anders was was shunned by all who knew that it was because he was in the Chantry when it blew up.
