Description The Hunter Killer class multi legged autonomous weapons platform was disigned to combine heavy armament, thick armor, and battlefeild endurance to make a weapons platform that more than rivals most if not all other units deployed against it. The Hunter Killer is equiped with dual over and under turrets with full rotation. The lower turret is armed with two heavy chainguns, the dorsal turret is equiped with two six tube missle packs and is generaly loaded with a combination of anti armor and high explosive rounds. Being an autonomous weapon platform not only affords the Hunter Killer a much greater battlefeild endurance than most other heavy weapon platforms but allows the Hunter Killer to opperate on a constant basis making it a constant danger for soldiers who require sleep and the like.

The two main points that put the M-Tank beyond the Hunter-Killer and speed and versitility. The H-K is far slower than the M-T making it suseptable to Fast hit and run style attacks by M-T units. Also the weaponry on a H-K is fixed so it cannot be swapped out for weapons more effective against M-Tanks in CQ combat making it a limited deployment weapon better suited for outskirt patrols and the like.

true but i thought you said it was fast plus what does the M-tank have against infantry because i saw nothing but anti armor as for anti tank infantry they will almost always engage at range but i think that couldbe handled to a point

Said which was fats? The H-K?

As tanks today arnt meant to engage infantry the M-Tank isnt primarily an anti infantry weapon so most of its weaponry is anti armor. However the picture I have of the M-Tank is only a concept piece and is not as such the only form they take. All of the M-Tanks hard pionts are capable of carrying a variety of different weapons from Rocket launchers to heavy machineguns to cannons and many more. It all depends on the situation. Deployed againts primarily armor they would have primarily anti armor weapons but if there are infantry to worry about then a combination of anti armor and anti personal weapons would be in order.

You also keep bringing up the point of engaging at range. While that is in general the ideal for fighting tanks and other armor I do keep trying to impress apon you the fact that the M-T is for deployment in areas were there is no opertunity to engage at range. The bombed out shell of a major city leaves little alternative to close quarters combat.

yeah i press that point because every time me and my unit got screwed it was from some guy over a mile a way and we had to call in an airstrike and trust me i'd love to have this or that robot in iraq but the urban environment is a dicy place and what are it's specs ie hieght weight

The height and weight depend on the type of M-Tank. A light scout would be around 15 feet tall and come in at around 35 tons depending on its payload. The other end of the spectrum would be a heavy assault type weighing in at around 70 to 75 tons and 20 to 25 feet in height. Depending on what armament and other options are equiped these stats can vary.

it's all modular for what you're telling me which is pretty much the best type of weapons platform is this a lone wolf type of weapon or is it a combined arms unit.

95% of the time M-Tanks are deployed in stars (units of five) consisting of a scout type three heavy types and one communications type though depending on the mission the area and the type of resistance this can vary to some degree. Though scout tanks are sometimes deployed alone if the situation calls for it.

I love the lighting in this one, you could make mech RPGs or something... leastwise this seems to be one of the things you're best at.
