Lol, okay so funny story time:

I play Dagorhir (it's a full contact larp thing)
When I do, I wear this armored cat faced mask all the time, just part of my character.

This one time though, a battle was particularly tough, and it got pretty hot that day too. I had been facing off with this group of about 5 guys from the opposing force for several rounds, and all they ever saw was my cat mask. They were good too.
Until this one time, when one of them killed me, and I was hot. Heavy leather masks also get hot in the sun. I sighed heavily, and as I turned to walk back to spawn, I pulled my mask off.

Apparently blew them away with my looks as I sparkled with sweat and smiled at them, because they all got momentarily distracted, and subsequently killed moments after.
All 5 of them, to one guy.
