Doom "swooped" in as a horde of thousands of heartless rushed towards Bayonetta..Seeing as how she too is an inexpirienced keyblade wielder, Doom intended to ally himself with her.
He recently met and fought Alucard Β , a battle that ended with Doom convincing Alucard that an alliance would be prudent
(after Alucard was satisfied with their little skirmish).
Though he finds them both to be highly distracting characters, knowing that there are many experienced keyblade wielders
and more out there, he will put up with these...annoyances.
Bayonetta is wearing the new outfit i made for her here , and Doom, his new armor he had when facing Alucard.

Β However, sex appeal is a valid weapon I'm more than willing to use, two, you'd be surprised how comfortable my own hair is, and three, I have weapons of mass distraction, I might as well use them." she said. Doom said nothing, then sighed at the pun. "You've spent too much time around that damnable vampire." "Perhaps, but there are worse fates. Now, I see about, 3000 Heartless, give or take, Alucard will be here soon enough, so that's about a thousand each." she summoned her Keyblades, "You game, metal man?" His response was to summon his own Keyblade. "Thought so, let's dance baby." said the Umbra Witch, licking her lips.

Hehe, an all around nice continuation of that coversation(mass distraction instead of mass destruction, nice)!
But its not mainly her outfit he considers distracting(though most would), it's her personality.
Like Alucard, she has a tendency to be very...let's go with "flashy".
They are spotlight-stealers, and they will compete for the spotlight!

Oh yeah, Alucard is more focused on letting his opponents shred him, he regenerates, drinks in their horror, then drinks THEM.
