Created by injecting the H-virus (hecatomb [link] )
into a human that was already transformed by the T-veronica virus.

Except for the regular Tyrant powers(enhanced strength, endurance) the Slayer also have blood that instantly combusts upon exposure to air, it's left hand has several small openings for the blood to flow out from when he wills it to be.
It also possess extreme regenerative abilities, making it impossible to kill by conventional means.

If it is highly damaged it will appear dead for awhile(mind shuts down while the body heals).

The only way to ensure that it dies is to either blow it up with a powerful explosive device or crush it(drop something that weighs 10-20 tons on it).
